Terms and Conditions

Ordering - Ordering is simple and straight forward. Browse our website for the items you wish to purchase, select the size and colour if applicable and click on add to cart. When you have selected your items you can view these in the shopping cart where you can also make adjustments or delete items. Select your area for delivery so that the correct charge can be applied. Payment can be made by Express checkout using your Paypal account or proceed to checkout where you will need to enter your details and select method of payment. We accept credit/debit card payments, payment via Sagepay or Personal Cheque. We can also take your credit card details over the phone if you prefer.

Shipping Info - Delivery is FREE for all orders over £70 (including VAT) Mainland UK only
Maximum delivery charge for parcels over 120cm(4ft) in length £7.95 (including VAT)
All other smaller items are charged by weight so you are never over charged for the smaller items.
All prices are for Mainland UK only which excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands.
Shipping costs for items 90cm(3ft) and over in length and/or over 2kg in weight for these areas -
Northern Ireland - £10.50
Dublin - £12.50
Eire - £17.50
Isle of Man/Wight - £15
Jersey and Guernsey - £15
Scottish Islands - £33

Delivery - We aim to despatch all orders the next working day, however, in busy periods this is not always possible so please allow up to 5 working days. Some items may be sent direct from our suppliers to acheive maximum speed of delivery and if we are short on stock. If our supplier doesn't have the stock and there is a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to cancel your order and all monies refunded in full. Next Day Delivery is from the day of despatch which is not necessarily the day from ordering. Items such as samples will be sent via Royal Mail First Class

Your order will need to be signed for when delivered, so please give a delivery address where someone will be in. If no-one is in when your delivery arrives, a card will be left with a phone number for you to call to arrange for another delivery attempt. If the carriers cannot delivery and don't hear from you, your order will be returned to us and you would need to pay £16.50 for another delivery.

Please check your delivery carefully. Please check the number of parcels you are signing for is correct and that they are not damaged. If you are any parcels short or damaged, please sign for accordingly and notify us immediately by email. Replacements will be sent if any items are damaged or faulty.

Returns - You may return any part of your order to us within 45 days of receipt if you are not happy with it. With your parcel, please include a copy of your invoice and reason of return. You will be refunded the price paid excluding the shipping costs and return shipping costs. We require it to arrive back to us in its original condition including packaging and that you obtain Proof of Posting.
We cannot refund items without its original packaging, or products that have been trimmed or adjusted in any way.
Slight variations of colours is not considered a fault (especially on the wooden poles and blinds)

MTM - As Made to Measure are to customer specification they cannot be returned under normal conditions. Only under Manufactures defect can they be returned. PLEASE ENSURE ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE ACCURATE AND THAT ALL SPECIFICATIONS ARE UNDERSTOOD, WE CANNOT ACCEPT ALTERATIONS, CANCELLATIONS OR LIABILITY FOR INCORRECT INSTRUCTIONS OR MEASUREMENTS.
